The result of BIM-modeling of the building is a complex computer model describing both the object itself and the process of its construction by international standards, which allows us to design and build all over the world. The object is projected as a single entity, and changing one parameter entails an automatic change of the rest, related parameters and objects, up to the drawings, visualizations, specifications and calendar schedule. This allows you to create the most compact and high-precision engineering and architectural building solutions and perform installation in exact accordance with the virtual model.

Basic principles of information approach in designing are: three-dimensional modeling, automatic drawing obtaining, intellectual parameterization of objects, corresponding to database objects, distribution of construction process according to time stages.
