"Territory of  existing plant is  42,5 ha. At the moment the territory is used by 37 %. Within  the concept of  industrial park  development  is  offered to organize  production and  office  areas, administrative  buildings, customs terminal,   Screening  of  Vehicles  station, vehicles  parking. Industrial  park concept supposes development in  5 stages:

– dismantling of ramshackle buildings, unused railway tracks, total building renovation, infrastructure engineering;

– organization  of  production-storage  area  for  potential  tenants on free  areas;

– construction of customs terminal  with warehouse  for  temporary storage  and  logistic center;

– organization of technology park and office areas;

– greenfield building development".
